Mahrooz Manzoor is an Experienced Group Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate development industry. Strong entrepreneurship professional involved in designing and developing several low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise residential and hospitality projects globally. Mahrooz Manzoor is currently the Group CEO of Credcon Developments Inc. one of the fastest growing real estate development company involved in Real Estate projects globally. In less than a decade after taking management control from his father who founded the company in the late 60s, Mr. Manzoor has transformed the real estate development company into an international development conglomerate that is spread geographically over Asia, Middle East and North America.
During his tenure, the company has experienced more than 10-fold increase in revenues brought by a number of well executed projects, strategic acquisitions and mergers. The company now is engaged in several large size projects in Dubai including The World Islands Island development and Deira Islands Dubai along with acquisition of several mid-sized residential projects in Ontario,Canada.
Mahrooz started his professional career in 2007 in various other businesses before joining the family’s real estate development business as trainee & within a year gained operative company control. With hands on experience on every aspect in the business, it did not take long for him to bring on a new set of clients, consultants, architects, and projects.
Omer Hussain, COO
Omer Hussain is a Project Management Professional who has managed various mega projects across Canada. Hands-On decisive leader with 13+ years of experience in Construction with approx. $5 Billion in Project Portfolio.
Omer has successfully executed vertical and horizontal construction Projects with key focus on design optimization, construction means & methods and cost reduction by incorporating modern construction techniques. In his role as Chief Operations Officer, Omer’s primary focus is Executing High-End Design Construction and Customer Satisfaction.
Omer started his career in construction after completing his engineering degree at the University of Alberta. Since then, Omer has been involved with industry leaders across North America to continually improve Construction Methodologies.
